The Ruslyn Pack Reel is designed to be carried by dismounted troops including search and rescue, explosive ordnance disposal, signals and special operations.
It is a rugged lightweight ergonomic device that can be operated by a gloved hand in any conditions to deploy cable rope or wire and can be attached to a soldiers webbing or pack carried.
Weighing in at less than half a kilo empty, the Ruslyn Pack Reel has a 230mm (9”) diameter and is 62mm (2.4”) wide.
Made from Impact Copolymer and ABS it is chemical and impact resistant and can with stand temperatures from -40o to 150oC.
