National Security Lecture - His Excellency Mr Paul Madden, the British High Commissioner
His Excellency Mr Paul Madden will speak on developments in national security matters in the United Kingdom and will also comment on defence and security related issues in the Asia Pacific region.
Mr Madden is a career diplomat and was appointed as British High Commissioner to Australia in January 2011. Prior to this appointment he was the British High Commissioner in Singapore and has also served in Washington and Tokyo.
