Australia's defence industry provides substantial support to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). The Australian Industry Group Defence Council offers a strong voice on behalf of industry, including Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Member companies are involved in defence equipment design, development and sustainability, and facilities construction and through-life support, including garrison support.
