Three decades of experience in design, manufacture and integration of advanced avionics established Elbit Systems in a position to perform ultimate aircraft and helicopter upgrades of both Eastern and Western platforms. Elbit Systems provides an integrated interoperable C4I solution connecting ground and airborne platforms. Elbit Systems also offers a unique solution for helicopter low visibility landings (LVL) in either 'brown-out' or 'white-out' conditions. In addition, the company supplies advanced cockpit components such as airborne computers, high resolution smart displays and digital recording and debriefing devices. Among the platforms upgraded and given a new lease on life are F-4, F-5, F-16, M-2000, Su-25, MiG-21 and MiG-29 Fighters as well as over 20 types of helicopters among which are the Black Hawk, CH-53, Cobra, Sea King, EH101 Super Puma, Mi 8/17, Mi-24 and V-22. Respectively, Elbit Systems established itself as a leader in the trainer aircraft market. Trainers such as L-39, PAMPA, IAR-99, Grob-120 and Super Tucano were upgraded or operated by Elbit Systems. Elbit Systems Ltd. is an international defence electronics company engaged in a wide range of programs throughout the world. The Company also focuses on providing training services. Elbit operates military and paramilitary flight schools in Israel as well as for international Customers. In addition, the company excels in providing turn-key simulator systems. These systems range from desk-top procedural trainers to full platform simulators for all military platforms – Airborne, naval and land platforms. The simulation capability includes constructive training which combines live and simulator exercises.
