Oil Water Separators

Capabilities

Siemens provides oil-water separation packages for both offshore and on-shore requirement. Siemens has unequalled experience with oil/water separator technology beginning with the development of the API separator in the 1930's, to today's more efficient technologies such as hydrocyclones, CPI separators, dissolved air/gas flotation and induced air/gas flotation separators. Our Trident® liquid/liquid and solid/liquid hydrocyclones are the most advanced and easiest to use, oil/water separators available, providing maximum separation in a small footprint with low weight, and are not susceptible to motion. Siemens offer a number of flotation separation technologies, including induced gas flotation, (IGF) and dissolved gas flotation (DGF). The Siemens IGF systems efficiently remove oil and suspended solids from large volumes of produced water. These systems, Quadricell™ and Hydrocell™, are designed to remove a large portion of free oil from the water, and recycle it to the bulk oil removal system. Member of DMOSS (DMO Support Panel), AWA (Australian Water Association), IDA (International Desalination Association).
